Order Processing
All orders are processed in the order they are received.
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully received and verified.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During product launches, promotions, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on:

- Package dimensions
- Delivery destination
- Selected shipping service
Any applicable taxes will be calculated separately during checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after the carrier receives your package.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.
DMSO CARE is not responsible for delays, returned shipments, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately. While we will make every effort to update the address before shipment, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
If your package is lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged:
Please contact our Customer Care team within 7 days of the scheduled delivery date.
When possible, please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of damaged packaging or products
- A brief description of the issue
We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and, when appropriate, provide a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return Policy.
Weather & Temperature Considerations
Our products contain high-purity Dimethyl Sulfoxide (DMSO), which has a natural freezing point of approximately 64°F (18°C).
During colder weather, products may arrive partially or fully crystallized. This is a normal physical characteristic of high-purity DMSO and does not affect product quality or performance.
To restore the product to liquid form:
- Place the closed bottle in warm (not boiling) water.
- Allow it to gradually return to liquid.
- Do not microwave.
- Do not boil.
- Do not overheat.
Crystallization resulting from temperature exposure is not considered a product defect.
International Shipping
At this time, DMSO CARE currently ships only within the United States.
We expect to expand international shipping in the future. Please check our website for updates.
Returned Shipments
Packages returned due to:
- Incorrect addresses
- Refused delivery
- Failure to collect
may be subject to additional shipping charges before reshipment.
If you choose not to have the package reshipped, any refund will be processed according to our Return Policy, less any applicable shipping and handling charges.
Shipping Restrictions
Certain products may be subject to shipping restrictions based on applicable federal, state, or local regulations.
DMSO CARE reserves the right to decline or cancel shipments where prohibited by law.
